This privacy policy applies to the Cash Now - Up Finance app for mobile devices that was created by Cash Now - Up Finance Developer as a Free service. This service is intended for use AS IS.

The Application stores transactions, debts, budgets, savings goals, calculator values, notification reminder IDs, and settings locally on your device. The Application does not require an account, does not sell subscriptions, and does not upload your local finance records to a developer database.

AI Chat is optional and blocked until you explicitly agree to AI chat data sharing inside the Application. When you use AI Chat, the Application sends the text of each user message, a chat_id created for conversation continuity, and a fixed personal finance system_prompt to OpenRouter Chat proxy, a third-party AI chat service hosted on Railway at freeopenrouterchat-production.up.railway.app.

The purpose of this processing is to generate concise responses about budgeting, saving, debt management, and spending habits. The AI chat service may retain conversation history server-side using chat_id for conversation continuity. The third-party AI service is expected to protect submitted data under the same or equivalent confidentiality and security commitments described in this Privacy Policy.

You can revoke AI chat data sharing in Settings. Revocation resets the local chat session and blocks further AI Chat requests until you agree again.

The Application may process technical information needed to operate app features, such as your device Internet Protocol address when network features are used, the operating system on your mobile device, and basic request metadata handled by service providers. The Application does not gather precise location from your mobile device.

The Application uses trusted service providers only to operate specific features. OpenRouter Chat proxy processes AI Chat text as described above. Service providers do not have an independent use of information disclosed to them and are expected to protect it under confidentiality and security commitments.

The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information as required by law, when disclosure is necessary to protect rights or safety, to investigate fraud, or to respond to a government request.

Payment reminders use local iOS notifications. Notification permission is requested only when you create a reminder. Reminder identifiers are stored locally so reminders can be updated or canceled.

You can stop all collection of information by uninstalling the Application. You can disable AI chat data sharing in Settings at any time.

Local finance data remains on your device until you edit it, delete it, or uninstall the Application. AI Chat conversation continuity may be retained by the AI chat service using chat_id as described above.

The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13.

The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information and uses reasonable physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards for information it processes and maintains.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. You are advised to consult this page regularly for changes.

This privacy policy is effective as of 2026-05-24.

By using the Application, you consent to the processing of information as described in this Privacy Policy. AI Chat requires a separate explicit in-app consent before any chat network request is sent.
